Racewear24 offer standart shipping service when shipping orders. This is priority regular international postal serviceq it is very reliable, affordable and secure.  We insure all packages at no extra cost to you. On completion of an order our customers receive tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of their parcels online. Please allow 36 hours for this service to become available.  



Standart shipping service costs are determined by both the weight of goods and their destination. Therefore rates will vary depending on specific items. Shipping and handling costs will be automatically added to your order total at the checkout. 
 
The average delivery time for most destinations is 7 to 9 business days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to 20 days. In this instance we are unable to assist and customers must contact their local POST OFFICE with tracking details to obtain information on their parcel.

We will not be held responsible for any additional customs taxes incurred on delivery outside EUROPEAN UNION.  



Standart shipping service parcels must be signed for on delivery, in the instance that no-one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must then be picked up in person by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an unclaimed parcel before returning it to sender. We will not cover re-shipping costs and must recover this amount before we will send the order again.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
